The event runs from our Opening Ceremony on Thursday 13th August at 8pm Live from Irvine Townhouse, through to Monday 24th August with the annual Flower Show. The parades, horse racing, Greasy Pole competition and vast number of free activities on Irvine Moor (Sat 22nd) are of course of main features.

Congratulations to Mollie Bell and Skye McLardy who were are success applicants for Marymass Marys this year. They will support the Marymass queen who will be selected from St Matthews this year.

In 2027 the Marymass festival will be celebrating its 100th anniversary. We are very pleased to announce that in 2027 the Marymass Queen will be an Irvine Royal Academy pupil and the school will be working closely with the event organiser to ensure it is a fantastic celebration.
